Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the gaming website available to Australian players at myempire-aussie.com under the brand My Empire Casino ("My Empire Casino"). By accessing or using the services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or services. These Terms are effective as of 1 January 2026 and supersede all previous versions.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:
- "Website" means the online gaming site and all associated pages and services operated under the domain myempire-aussie.com and branded as My Empire Casino.
- "Operator", "we", "us", "our" means the corporate entity or entities responsible for offering and operating the Website and services for offshore players, historically including Rabidi N.V. and related payment and service companies such as Tilaros Limited, and any successor operator or licensee engaged to run My Empire Casino. Where the exact current license holder changes due to regulatory transitions (for example from Curaçao to another offshore jurisdiction), reference to the Operator includes any such successor entity.
- "User", "you", "your", "Player" means any natural person who creates an account on, accesses, or otherwise uses the Website or its services.
- "Account" means a personal user account created on the Website for the purpose of accessing games, depositing and withdrawing funds, participating in promotions, and tracking activity.
- "Services" means all gaming, betting, promotional, transactional, and ancillary services made available on or through the Website, including real-money and, where applicable, demo play.
- "Games" means all casino-style games, including but not limited to slots/pokies, table games, live casino games, game shows, and any other interactive products made available on the Website from time to time.
- "Bet", "Wager" means any amount of money staked by you on a Game or event offered on the Website, including spins, hands, rounds, or other game actions that involve staking real-money or bonus funds.
- "Stake" means the amount of real-money or bonus funds you choose to place on a Bet or Wager.
- "Bonus" means any promotional value credited to your Account by the Operator, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback, tournament prizes, loyalty rewards, and any other non-purchased credit or advantage.
- "Bonus Funds" means funds or value that form part of a Bonus and are subject to specific wagering and withdrawal conditions.
- "Real-Money Balance" means funds you have deposited and that are not subject to wagering requirements or bonus restrictions, less any withdrawals or losses.
- "Wagering Requirements" means the total value of qualifying bets that must be placed before Bonus Funds and/or winnings derived from them may be converted to withdrawable real-money.
- "Restricted Jurisdiction" means any country or territory in which online gambling is prohibited or where the Operator decides, at its discretion, not to offer services. Australia is a regulated market where offshore operators generally provide services on a "grey market" basis; you remain responsible for complying with any applicable local law.
- "KYC" (Know Your Customer) means identity verification and due diligence procedures conducted by the Operator to comply with anti-money laundering (AML), counter-terrorism financing (CTF), fraud prevention, and responsible gambling obligations.
- "Business Day" means any day other than Saturday, Sunday, or public holidays in the principal place of business of the Operator.

- Australian context: The Website is targeted at Australian players on an offshore basis. You are solely responsible for ensuring that accessing and using our Services does not breach any law applicable to you, including the Interactive Gambling Act 2001 (Cth) and any applicable state and territory laws.
- One account only: You may hold only one Account with My Empire Casino. Multiple accounts, shared accounts, or accounts opened on behalf of others are strictly prohibited.
Registration Process
- Account creation: To create an Account, you must complete the online registration form, providing at least:
- full legal name;
- date of birth;
- country of residence and address;
- email address and, where requested, phone number;
- a chosen username and secure password.
- Email verification: We may require you to verify your email address by clicking a confirmation link or entering a code sent to the email provided. Until verification is completed, access to some or all Services may be limited.
- KYC and document checks: At any time, and particularly before permitting withdrawals, the Operator may request KYC documentation, which may include:
- a valid government-issued photo ID (passport, driver licence, or national ID);
- proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or other document not older than three months);
- proof of ownership of payment methods (e.g., redacted card copy, bank statement, screenshot of e-wallet or PayID, or crypto wallet transaction data);
- source of funds or source of wealth information, where considered necessary to meet AML/CTF standards.
User Obligations
- Accuracy of information: You must provide true, accurate, current and complete information during registration and keep it updated. Use of false data, impersonation, or misrepresentation of residence, age, or identity is prohibited and may lead to closure of the Account and forfeiture of funds in accordance with applicable law.
- Password and security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must:
- keep your password secret and not share it with any third party;
- use strong, unique passwords;
- notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.
- Use for personal, lawful purposes: Your Account is for personal entertainment only. You must not:
- use the Account for commercial purposes or on behalf of any other person;
- use the Website for fraudulent, collusive, or illegal activities, including money laundering or terrorism financing;
- attempt to circumvent territorial restrictions, self-exclusion tools, or technical controls (for example, by using VPNs, proxies, or spoofing tools).
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay
- Game rules: Each Game is governed by its own specific rules, paytables and mechanics, provided by the relevant software supplier and displayed within the Game interface or help section. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have reviewed and understood the applicable rules.
- Randomness and fairness: Outcomes of Games are determined by a certified random number generator (RNG) or by live dealers and game systems for live casino content. While we may rely on platform-level certifications such as ISO 27001 for information security, this does not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free performance.
- Currency and limits: The primary operating currency for Australian players is AUD. Minimum and maximum stakes per Game or per Bet are displayed within the Game itself or in the betting interface. The Operator may set or change global or individual betting limits at its discretion.
Placing Bets
- Preconditions: To place Bets you must:
- have an active Account in good standing;
- have sufficient available balance (real-money and/or eligible Bonus Funds) to cover the Stake and any associated fees.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed accepted once it is registered on our servers and appears in your Game or transaction history. In the event of discrepancy between your device display and our server records, the server records shall prevail.
- Irreversibility: After a Bet has been placed and confirmed, it cannot be modified or cancelled by you, except where expressly permitted by the rules of a specific Game or where a technical error has occurred as described in these Terms.
Cancellation, Errors and Malfunctions
- Obvious errors: If a Bet is accepted or settled at odds, parameters or results that are clearly incorrect due to a technical or human error ("palpable error"), the Operator reserves the right to:
- void the Bet and return the Stake to you; or
- correct the Bet to reflect the correct terms that should have applied at the time the Bet was placed.
- Game malfunctions: In the event of a Game malfunction (for example, RNG failure, disconnects, or misconfiguration), all affected Bets may be declared void and Stakes refunded. Malfunction voids all plays and pays as per supplier rules.
- Disconnections: If you are disconnected from the internet while a Game round is in progress, the outcome will usually be determined by the Game server, and the result will be available in your history after reconnection. If a round cannot be completed, it may be voided and Stakes returned.
Conduct in Live Casino and Chats
- Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat features, or any other interactive functionality, you must:
- refrain from abusive, racist, sexist, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise offensive language;
- not harass, threaten, or insult dealers, other players, or staff;
- not advertise or promote third-party services or websites.
- Fraud and collusion: You must not:
- collude with other players or third parties;
- use unfair advantage tools (including bots, automated scripts, or exploitative strategies targeting software bugs);
- intentionally disrupt gameplay or manipulate outcomes. Breach of this clause may result in immediate suspension or termination of your Account, cancellation of Bets, and, where permitted by law, seizure of funds related to the misconduct.
Bonus Terms
General Bonus Principles
- Discretionary offers: All Bonuses and promotions offered on myempire-aussie.com are granted at the sole discretion of the Operator. We may alter, suspend or withdraw any Bonus or promotion at any time, subject to prior commitments already made to you.
- Specific rules prevail: Each promotion is accompanied by specific bonus terms ("Bonus Rules") displayed on the relevant promotional page. Where there is a conflict between these general Bonus Terms and the specific Bonus Rules, the Bonus Rules will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
- Single participation: Unless expressly stated otherwise, each Bonus offer is limited to one per:
- person;
- household;
- IP address;
- device;
- payment method.
Activation and Wagering Requirements
- Activation: To activate a Bonus you may be required to:
- opt in through the promotion page or in your Account;
- enter a bonus code; and/or
- make a qualifying deposit of at least the minimum amount specified in the offer.
- Wagering multiplier: Unless otherwise specified, deposit and/or Bonus amounts must be wagered a stated number of times (for example, 30x, 35x, 40x) before any Bonus Funds or resulting winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering applies only to qualifying Games as listed in the Bonus Rules.
- Time limits: Bonuses typically have a validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation; free spins may expire sooner). If the Wagering Requirements are not met within the designated timeframe, the Bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited and removed from your Account.
- Maximum bet while wagering: A maximum bet limit (for example, AUD 5 - 10 per spin/round) usually applies when wagering a Bonus. Exceeding the maximum bet while wagering Bonus Funds may lead to confiscation of the Bonus and/or related winnings, at the Operator's discretion and in accordance with the Bonus Rules.
Game Contributions and Restrictions
- Different contributions: For the purpose of meeting Wagering Requirements:
- pokies/slots may contribute 100% (except excluded titles);
- table games and live casino may contribute 0 - 20% or as specified;
- some Games may not contribute at all.
- Prohibited games and actions: You must not:
- place minimal-risk or zero-risk bets (for example, betting on all or most outcomes of a roulette spin);
- use Bonus Funds to play jackpot Games where prohibited;
- exploit Game features (such as "buy feature" or gamble features) in a manner prohibited by the Bonus Rules.
Combining Promotions and Bonus Abuse
- Stacking restrictions: Unless explicitly allowed, Bonuses cannot be combined. You may participate in only one active deposit-based Bonus at a time. New deposit Bonuses will not be available until existing Wagering Requirements are completed, forfeited, or expired.
- Bonus abuse: The following (non-exhaustive) activities may be treated as Bonus abuse:
- opening multiple Accounts to claim the same offer several times;
- funding from or to the same payment method across multiple Accounts;
- "bonus hunting" strategies designed solely to extract Bonus value without genuine play;
- significant changes in betting patterns after large wins for the purpose of completing wagering with minimal risk.
- remove Bonuses and associated winnings;
- block access to future promotions;
- close the Account and, where necessary, report relevant behaviour to applicable regulatory or enforcement bodies.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Available methods: For Australian players, supported deposit methods may include:
- bank cards (where available);
- e-wallets and payment gateways;
- PayID and similar local bank transfer aggregators;
- Neosurf and other prepaid vouchers;
- cryptocurrencies ("crypto") via approved processors.
- Processing and limits: Deposits are generally processed instantly but may take longer depending on the method used. Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per day, as published in the cashier.
- Fees: The Operator aims to avoid charging deposit fees; however, third-party providers (banks, card issuers, wallet operators, crypto networks) may impose charges. You are responsible for any such third-party fees.
- Source of funds: You must deposit only from payment accounts (bank, card, wallet, or crypto address) held in your own name. Depositing on behalf of or from accounts belonging to third parties is prohibited and may trigger KYC reviews or Account suspension.
Withdrawals
- General conditions: Before processing any withdrawal, the Operator may:
- require completion of KYC checks as described above;
- verify that your deposits have been legitimately used for gameplay (fair use/turnover policies to mitigate AML/CTF risks);
- confirm that no breach of these Terms has occurred (for example, bonus abuse, fraud, or multiple account use).
- Methods and limits: Wherever practical, withdrawals will be processed to the same method used for deposit (e.g., back to the same card, e-wallet, or bank account). If the original method cannot be used (for example, due to technical or regulatory restrictions), we may offer alternative methods. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, day, week or month apply and are shown in the cashier.
- Processing times:
- Internal review: We aim to review withdrawal requests within up to 3 Business Days, provided all KYC requirements are satisfied.
- External timing: Actual receipt of funds depends on your bank, payment provider or crypto network, and may take additional time.
- Fees: The Operator may offer a number of free withdrawals within a given period and may charge reasonable fees for additional withdrawals or for small withdrawals below a certain threshold. Any Operator-imposed fees will be displayed in the cashier before you confirm the transaction.
Refunds and Reversals
- Deposits are not purchases of goods: Deposits represent funds for gameplay and are not subject to consumer "cooling off" rights applicable to physical goods or certain services under Australian consumer law.
- Refund policy: As a general rule, confirmed Bets are final and non-refundable. In limited circumstances and at the Operator's sole discretion, we may consider refunding a deposit or reversing gameplay where a demonstrable technical error occurred. Any refund or reversal will be:
- subject to full internal investigation; and
- processed to the original payment method, where possible.
- Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without valid justification, the Operator may:
- suspend or close your Account;
- offset any amounts owed to us (including chargeback fees) against your balance;
- share relevant information with payment providers, financial institutions, and, where required, regulatory or enforcement authorities.
Handling of Bonus Funds on Withdrawal
- Pending wagering: If you request a withdrawal of funds before meeting the Wagering Requirements attached to a Bonus, the Operator may:
- process the withdrawal and automatically forfeit the Bonus and associated winnings; or
- decline the withdrawal until the wagering is completed or the Bonus is cancelled, in accordance with the applicable Bonus Rules.
- Account closure: In the event of permanent Account closure (other than for breach of these Terms), any remaining real-money balance will be paid to you, subject to verification and applicable limits. Unused Bonuses and associated winnings will be cancelled and are not payable.
Limitation of Liability
Operator's Obligations
- Provision of services: The Operator endeavours to:
- provide the Website and Services with reasonable skill and care;
- ensure that Game outcomes are generated fairly in accordance with the relevant RNG or live game systems;

Exclusions of Liability
- Technical failures and third parties: To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Operator is not liable for:
- any loss or damage resulting from failures of telecommunications, internet service providers, electricity networks, or hosting services;
- delays or errors caused by third-party payment processors, banks, card schemes, e-wallets, or crypto networks;
- bugs, defects, or malfunctions in third-party software or hardware, including Game content supplied by external vendors.
- User-side issues: We are not responsible for losses arising from:
- your failure to protect login credentials or devices;
- use of outdated browsers, unstable internet connections, or incompatible devices;
- decisions you make while playing, including the size or timing of Bets.
- Indirect or consequential damages: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Operator will not be liable for:
- loss of profits, revenue, or business;
- loss of opportunity or goodwill;
- indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
Maximum Liability
- Cap on damages: Subject to any non-excludable rights you may have under Australian consumer law or other mandatory provisions, the maximum aggregate liability of the Operator to you arising out of or in connection with a particular Bet, Game, or transaction shall not exceed:
- the amount of the Stake of the Bet concerned; or
- where the claim does not relate to a specific Bet, the lesser of (i) your net deposits over the preceding 90 days and (ii) AUD 5,000.
- Non-excludable rights: Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any guarantee, condition, warranty, right, or remedy that you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable statute that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Intellectual Property Rights
- Ownership of content: All content on the Website, including logos, trademarks, brand names (including "My Empire Casino", "My Empire Casino"), graphics, text, software, databases, audio-visual content, and Game interfaces, is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property rights owned by the Operator, its group companies, licensors, and/or content providers.
- Limited licence: You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Website for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only, subject to these Terms.
- Prohibited uses: Without prior written consent from the Operator, you must not:
- copy, reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works from any part of the Website or its software;
- distribute, sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or otherwise transfer any rights in or to the Website or Games;
- reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract source code from any software used on the Website, except to the extent such activity is expressly permitted by applicable law;
- use any automated means (including robots, crawlers, or scrapers) to access, retrieve, or index Website content.
- Third-party rights: Game suppliers and other third parties may hold independent rights in their trademarks, software, and content used on the Website. Your use of such content is strictly limited to interaction through the Website as intended by the Operator.
Privacy & Data Protection
Your privacy and personal data are processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
- Collection and use: We collect, use, and disclose personal data (such as identity documents, contact details, transactional and behavioural data) for the purposes of:
- creating and managing your Account;
- providing the Services and processing payments;
- conducting KYC, AML/CTF and fraud prevention checks;

- Offshore transfers: As an offshore operator, we may store and process data in multiple jurisdictions. By using the Website, you acknowledge that your data may be transferred to and processed in countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your country of residence, subject to contractual and organisational safeguards.
- Privacy Policy reference: For detailed information about how we collect, process, store, secure, and share your data, and about your rights under applicable data protection laws, please refer to the full Privacy Policy available on myempire-aussie.com. In case of any conflict between this section and the Privacy Policy, the Privacy Policy will prevail regarding privacy matters.
Changes to Terms
- Right to amend: The Operator may amend, update, or replace these Terms from time to time, including to reflect changes in law, regulatory guidance, licensing arrangements (for example, transitions from historical Curaçao Antillephone licence 8048/JAZ2020-001 to any new jurisdiction), business practices, or Game offerings.
- Notification: Where changes are material, we will use reasonable efforts to notify you in advance by:
- email to the address registered to your Account; and/or
- a prominent notice or banner on the Website upon your next login.
- Effective date of changes: Unless otherwise specified, updated Terms will take effect on the date indicated in the relevant notice (which will not be earlier than the date of publication on the Website).
- Continued use as acceptance: If you continue to use the Website or Services after the updated Terms take effect, you will be deemed to have accepted them.
- Right to discontinue use: If you do not agree with any updated Terms, you must stop using the Website and may request closure of your Account and withdrawal of any eligible real-money balance, subject to verification and these Terms as in force immediately prior to the change.
Termination & Suspension
Operator's Right to Suspend or Close Accounts
- Grounds for action: The Operator may suspend, restrict, or close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if:
- you breach any provision of these Terms or any applicable Bonus Rules;
- we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, collusion, money laundering, terrorism financing, abuse of payment methods, chargeback activity, or other criminal or improper conduct;
- you provide false, incomplete, or misleading information during registration or KYC checks;
- you harass or abuse staff, dealers, or other players, or otherwise disrupt the Services;
- we are required to do so by law, a court order, a governmental or regulatory authority, or a payment provider;
- your Account has been inactive for a prolonged period and we decide, acting reasonably, to close it.
- Interim suspension: While an investigation is ongoing, we may temporarily suspend your Account, block withdrawals, and restrict access to certain Games or features to protect both you and the integrity of the Services.
Consequences of Termination
- Refunding funds:
- If your Account is closed for reasons other than serious breach (for example, upon your request or due to inactivity), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you, provided that:
- you have completed any required KYC checks; and
- no investigation regarding fraud or other prohibited activity is pending.
- If your Account is closed due to serious breach (including fraud, money laundering, or significant Bonus abuse), we may, subject to applicable law, withhold all or part of your balance to offset losses, chargebacks, fees, or damages attributable to your conduct. Any remaining amount, if applicable, will be refunded.
- If your Account is closed for reasons other than serious breach (for example, upon your request or due to inactivity), any remaining real-money balance will be returned to you, provided that:
- Bonuses: On closure of your Account, all active Bonuses and associated winnings will be voided and removed, unless otherwise required by law or explicitly agreed in writing.
- Self-exclusion and responsible gambling: Where you request self-exclusion or permanent closure for responsible gambling reasons, we will:
- close or block your Account; and
- take reasonable steps to prevent re-registration, including the use of the same personal details or email address (for example, contact via [email protected]). Any remaining real-money balance will be handled in accordance with our responsible gambling procedures and applicable law.
User-Initiated Closure
- How to close: You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected] or via any available account management tools on the Website.
- Settlement: Following your closure request, we will:
- settle any outstanding Bets in accordance with Game rules;
- pay out any withdrawable real-money balance to you, subject to standard verification and withdrawal procedures; and
- cancel all Bonuses and bonus-derived winnings.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Offshore operation and Australian law context: The Website is operated by an offshore entity or entities historically licensed under Curaçao Antillephone licence number 8048/JAZ2020-001 (via Rabidi N.V.), with potential migration to alternative offshore jurisdictions (such as a PAGCOR licence via Liernin Enterprises LTD or an Anjouan licence) in light of regulatory changes. The Services are provided from outside Australia and are not regulated by the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA) or any Australian state or territory gambling regulator.
- Applicable law: Unless otherwise required by mandatory local law:
- these Terms, and any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, your Account, or the Services, shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the current Operator is incorporated and licensed (as indicated from time to time in the footer or "Rules" page linked from myempire-aussie.com and, where applicable, myempire.com/en/rules); and
- without prejudice to your statutory consumer rights, you agree that such laws apply on a non-exclusive basis.
- Dispute resolution:
- Informal resolution: In the first instance, you should contact customer support at [email protected] to attempt to resolve any complaint or dispute informally.
- Escalation: If the matter cannot be resolved informally, you may request escalation to a more senior team or to any applicable alternative dispute resolution (ADR) body recognised by the current licensing jurisdiction, where available.
- Court jurisdiction: Subject to any mandatory ADR or arbitration procedure required by the current licensing framework, you and the Operator agree to submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Operator's licensing jurisdiction for the resolution of disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services.
- Mandatory local protections: Nothing in this section prevents you from bringing a claim in the courts of your country of residence where such right is provided by mandatory consumer protection law that cannot be waived by agreement.
